Im in New jersey right now but I live in florida. Im sixteen and I have my license. Thed driver license age is diffrent between the two states. Am I able to drive legally here? If you link me to a website that would definitely tell me that be great. Thanks for the help.|||You would have to follow the same restrictions from the issuing state, and could only operate a vehicle registered in Florida.
http://www.northjersey.com/news/northern鈥?/a>|||The state of new jersey has a law which states it has to honor another states drivers liscence for NON-RESIDENTS!!! AS well as Liscence plates etc...Insurance....ETC However, the municipalities or Boros they call it up there, dont mind at all to violate the states constitution as well as the countrys laws and constitution.......In short term each municipality in NEW JERSEY will do anything they can to extract cash out of your pocket even if they violate your civil rights offored by the state or us government!!!! They SUCK UP THERE...If you drive there and get pulled over for DUI and blow a .02........Thats called a DUI REFUSAL......Good luck in NJ son|||I do not think so, even though you have a legal license in
Florida.
I would call Motor Vehicle, or better yet, the Police Department and ask them to be sure, here in New Jersey.|||Call the MVC in NJ and find out for sure. Do NOT assume that states will waive their laws for out-of-state drivers. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.|||There's no reason why you should not be able to drive in FL, because, as long as your license from NJ is valid, it's valid in FL.|||If your just visiting or driving through a State ,your OK.If you are taking up legal residence in New Jersey, then you have to go by the states law.|||i think your ok|||Yes...
