What does the last number on florida drivers license stand for?

Well I'm not sure if its the same from state to state but in Colorado the first two numbers represent the last two digits of the year the license was issued. The next three numbers indicate the month and day and the last four represent the number on the ticket you drew to wait in line.What does the last number on florida drivers license stand for?
