My drivers license is issued from the state of Florida. It's suspended in the state of NY for no insurance tickets, but Florida still shows my lisence is valid. Your license is suspended, period. It applies to all states and US territories.

If your license is suspended, you do not have a valid license. If you don't have a valid license, you cannot legally drive in ANY state.

No you can't legally drive anywhere in the US. You can't get a license in any other state either.
You can legally drive in none other states if your license is suspended.
