HELP!!!Can I use my Florida Drivers LICENSE in another country?
You have to get an international driving certificate, available from any AAA office, With that and your FL license you'll be able to drive legally in foreign countries. Without the International certificate you can't legally drive on your FL license in a foreign country except for Mexico and Canada.
1st you are 16 years old, in Portugal the minimum age to drive is 18 years.

2nd If you were 18 years old first you would must have a license of driving international, regional licenses are not accepted in another country. Can I use my Florida Drivers LICENSE in another country?
