Reciprocity is common, but only one for one. In other words, Florida will swap out your NJ learner's permit for a Florida learner's permit. Don't expect better than that.
As far as Florida is concerned, a New Jersey learners permit does not exist. You would be treated the same as anyone that did not have a current drivers license. If you get a New Jersey license before you move, the rules may be different.
