Are the Backs of Florida Id's & drivers license printed upside sown?

A friend of mine works in a gas station in Georgia and a guy came in with a Florida drivers license and the back was printed upside down. My friend would not accept the Id in fear that it was a fake. The guy trying to buy the booze said some about Florida's real Id act or something like that and Florida is the only state *** backwards that prints the back the opposite way the front is printed, is this true or was the guy trying to use a fake ID?|||I have a Florida Driver's license that is Real ID compliant, and mine is NOT printed upside down on the back. Florida denotes Real ID compliance with a gold star in the upper right hand corner. See below:

Question: Will the new card look significantly different?

Answer: No, expected changes will be minor. The new cards will have a gold star in the upper right corner to make them easily recognizable as Real ID compliant.
