I got a speeding ticket while visiting someone in Puerto Rico. I'd like to take the driving course and avoid the points on my record, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. Heck, the ticket doesn't even make clear as to how to pay the fine. Anyhow, should I contact the FL DMV about this?Driving in Puerto Rico with a Florida drivers license?
