I'm turning 16 and i already have my permit
It says that i have to have 50 hours of driving supervised certified... what does that mean?

50 hours is the amount of driving time you should have done with your parents while you have your permit. Once you have driven around for a total of 50 hours with Mom and Dad, you are free to take your drivers test and get your license. So no, you don't pay for someone to supervise you, that just means having your parents in the care with you.
