Can military stationed in california renew a florida car registration without A florida drivers license?

I purchased a motorcycle in california and I was required to get a california drivers license|||At the first site below I found the forms that are at the second site below. The forms are all the forms a military person would need in Florida. I read through a lot of them. It seems that you're exempt from sales tax on auto purchases and maintaining insurance in Florida. I couldn't find your exact answer, but maybe the phone number I found will help you:

If you have any questions about completing the form, please contact Customer Service, 850/617-2000 or e-mail us.

Read through the forms at the second site and see if it helps.|||If you have your military driver license you should be able to renew the florida registration otherwise you will need a FL DL... sorry!

In fact with a military driver license you are exempt of so many things when it comes to motor vehicles...|||My son purchased a car while stationed in Texas, he was then transferred to Kentucky, he has 6 mo to transfer his vehicle, but double check with your resources to be sure. Sorry, and his DL.|||Give the Florida DMV a call and ask them. They are the only people who can tell you for sure.
