Can I convert my out of state drivers license to a Florida driver license online?

I'm looking on http://www.dmvflorida.org/drivers-license-oos.shtml and it mentions that I can convert it but I need a way to do it online because I work during the only time the offices are open.|||you have to go to the dmv they have to take a new picture of you to put on the lic, an you have to turn in your lic from the other state to get a fla lic.|||well, according to that website you gave, it says you have to go to the local dmv and get it changed with a vision test.
