17 year old florida drivers license with 7 points?

I got 7 points on my license as a 17 year old, and i got a letter saying I can't drive for a year except school etc. If I take the 12 hours Advanced Driver Improvement Course, will that reinstate my license?|||No. Not driving for a year will be the only way you can apply for a full license again.
